No. We offer lease-free living, so there’s no long-term commitment required. There are also no credit checks and no application fees, making it easy to secure housing quickly. We provide room rental agreements and housing agreements.
Our room rents are intentionally affordable — typically well below market rates. We charge $800 per room with a deposit and the Georgia Power is split between roomates. No need to get the bills put into your name. We make it easy by letting you know what your utility usage and bill is monthly.
